Certified Trauma-Informed Weightlifting Coach

It's so great to meet you!

I founded Grounded in Growth with the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new but, instead, about reconnecting with the wisdom, strength, and capacity for growth that already exists within you. My role as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, better understand yourself, and develop the tools to move toward the life you want.

My approach to mental health is holistic, recognizing that our emotional experiences are deeply connected to our bodies, relationships, environments, and lived experiences. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I draw from an understanding of the brain and body’s natural capacity for healing, while also incorporating my background in trauma-informed weightlifting to help clients develop a deeper sense of connection, safety, and trust within their bodies.

I believe that you are the expert on your own experience. Together, we can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build a stronger relationship with yourself, and create space for meaningful change.

My work is rooted in the belief that growth happens when we create the right conditions for it. Through compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, my goal is to help you feel more grounded in yourself.

Holistic Approach to Therapy

How can a holistic approach support me?

Holistic counseling looks at the whole you, not just the challenges you're facing. Your mental health is connected to your body, relationships, environment, and everyday experiences. By exploring these connections, we can work together to understand what’s beneath the surface, build meaningful coping tools, and create changes that support your well-being in a more sustainable way. This can look like...
